And the gates go up!!!!

My baby is crawling!!! He starting taking off this morning. He has been doing the rocking thing on his hands and knees for a few weeks now, so I am excited he has actually started moving. He doesn't crawl like your average baby though...he does the army crawl/lunge. It is very interesting but, hey he is moving. I was so excited this morning when I was in the kitchen and he started crying and could just crawl over to me. Our house is three stories though so we now have gates everywhere. Especially since each floor isn't very big. I am so proud of him, he is doing so well!

Yesterday Matt's mom made cookie dough for all of the grandchildren and helped them make Halloween cookies. It was so cute. Cooper thought it was fun. He kept wanting to eat the dough though so it didn't last very long. Thanks mom for all of the fun activities you put together for the kids.

I think Matt had just as much fun as all of the kids. He didn't use cookie cutters, he carved them with a knife. He made the Rolling Stones symbol, a jack-o-lanteern, ghost with funny faces and all sorts of things.

HERE WE GO LEHI, HERE WE GO!!! All three of my nieces on my side of the family were in the kids drill camp this year for Lehi High School. It was so much fun to watch. It was the first time I had gone to a game since I graduated almost six years ago...geeeese!!! One of my nieces was in the group above.

The other two were in this group. They all did so good!!!

This is my cute family at the game. It was Coopers first football game. He was so interested in everything going on around him. He loved the band, the clapping, and all of the movement. He didn't make a peep the whole time. What a trooper!

UPDATES!!!

Sorry it has been a while since I have posted. We have had a crazy couple of weeks. Here are some updates of our family!

It is amazing how happy my little boy can make me.

Look at how cute my little boy is. His personality is so funny! He is constantly making me smile.

This is Cooper and Tracen. Tracen is my friend Elise's little boy. They were having fun hanging out together.

Cooper is already getting teased by is cousins. They are both tickling him.

This is Cooper and Jordan. They are the only boy cousins on Matt's side of the family. Jordan is ready for Cooper to get big so he can play with him. I think Jordan is done playing house with his 2 girl cousins and his sister :)

DADDY TIME!!!!

So, I have the most amazing husband in the world. I was so sick yesterday and knew I wasn't going to be able to take care of Cooper by myself. My sweet sister-in-law took Cooper for the morning and Matt came home from work early in the afternoon too care of me and Cooper. He had bought me coke and crackers and kept making sure I was okay. He had my temp way down by the end of the night. I am so grateful for him and all he does for me and Cooper. We are so blessed to have such an incredible man in our lives for eternity.

Cooper fell asleep saying his prayers. :) Ok...not really but isn't that what it looks like. I admit, I am guilty of falling asleep in that position a few times.

Park City!

These are the PJ's that Matt just couldn't resist buying for Cooper. We got them at the outlet mall in Park City. I think they are so cute! They glow in the dark!!!

This giant cowboy boot was inside a mall on main street in Park City.

Cooper loves riding on his Daddy's back.

We went to Park City with one of my best friends and her family. Her little boy and Cooper are 3 months apart.

I sure do love my family! I am the luckiest girl alive.

Cooper excited to be playing on the floor after a long day in Park City.

A week ago (for Labor Day) we also went to Park City with Matt's family. This is Matt's dad being a swing for Cooper.

Thanks Papa for the fun rides!!!!

This is Cooper and I at an Olympic park in Park City. We watched the coolest show where skiers and snow boarders jumped off huge ramps into a swimming pool. I loved it!

This is Matt's dad and our cute niece Jaycee. She is Matt's sisters little girl.

Cooper and Grammy waiting for the show to start.

This is where the skiers and snow boarders started.

This was the highest one we saw. Isn't that crazy!

This looked like it was going to be a fierce belly flop.

Cooper being his cute little self.

Family Pictures!!!

Thanks Aimee for the great pictures! Cooper was being a stinker and wouldn't smile so she did really great for what she had to work with. We were planning on changing Cooper's cloths and going to another location, but Cooper started to get really fussy. I decided to give him his binkie to get him to calm down and literally right after I gave him his binkie, he put his hands on his face, fell over in the chair, and was out. He was TIRED!!! I felt bad. I am really glad we got some that worked. I was afraid in our family pictures, Cooper was going to look like he hated being a part of our family because he wouldn't smile :) He was staring right at the camera but he wasn't going to smile at it. What a terd...the cuttest little terd ever!!!

FINALLY AN UPDATE!!!

Daddy time!!! Things have been a little busy lately so I haven't been able to update for a while. Sorry! I have posted a ton of pictures though and there will be more soon.

Look at that sweet little boy! He is the cutest thing. I just love him to death.

My big boy is sitting up!!!

Mommy and Cooper having fun. We were waiting for Matt to get home and were extremely board.

Cooper always has a hold of his toes. They are his favorite!

Silly Cooper!

Cooper already learning to play with daddy's football.

Who keeps making Cooper look so funny???

This was Cooper's first time up the canyon. It was the annual Kevern family reunion. Matt had to work the whole time which was a bummer, but it was nice to see my family. It was one of the coldest camping trips of my life. In this picture it was noon...and still freezing! I wasn't ever able to stay the night up there so I didn't have to worry about keeping Cooper warm during the night, which was nice. Cooper sure did like all of the trees!

Cooper playing in his jump-a-roo first thing in the morning.

Cooper's 6 month pictures. SIX months!! I can't believe he is half way to a year. Time is going by too fast. He was being a little stinker. It was the hardest thing to get him to smile at the camera. He was staring right at it but wouldn't smile. I am hoping the photographer got a few that worked. My mom came and took these pictures for us.

We also took new family pictures while we were out.

This one turned out really cute on the photographers camera. I am excited to post them as soon as I get them.

Look closely and you can see hair!!!!!

Cooper is playing with his stuffed dog.

The is my sister Vanee and I with Cooper at Deer Creek yesterday. We had so much fun. I hadn't been boating in the longest time. It was sooo much fun to go tubing again. Matt had to work so he wasn't able to come up at all. I felt so bad. It would have been the greatest trip ever if he could have been with us. I am so greatful for a husband that works so hard to provide for our family.

The beech at Deer Creek is a little different than Bear Lake. We got a little muddy!

Cooper's first boating trip and he loved it!!!!! He thought it was the greatest thing. This is us on our way back to the marina. Thanks fam for the fun day at the lake!!!
